Dat doen we door de mogelijkheden van de Natuurschoonwet 1928 (NSW) te maximaliseren. We richten ons dan ook specifiek op eigenaren (in sp\u00e9) van landgoederen.<\/p>\n<p>Met een gecombineerde ervaring van ruim 40 jaar leunen de deskundige rentmeesters van Mommers Landgoedadvies op een schat aan kennis. Zo hebben wij in de loop der tijd ruim 850 landgoederen onder de Natuurschoonwet 1928 gebracht en behouden. Daar waar andere kantoren stoppen, gaan wij door.<\/p>\n<p>En met succes; we hebben tal van bestaande en nieuwe landgoederen en buitenplaatsen kunnen beschermen tegen het uiteenvallen, zodat natuur- en cultuurhistorische waarden voor de toekomst behouden blijven.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe we dat doen? Door vanuit het brede plaatje\u00a0 kansen te signaleren, mogelijkheden te benutten en risico\u2019s te minimaliseren. Specialistische kennis kan in onze optiek niet zonder een generalistische basis. We denken dan ook mee in structurering, erfrechtelijke aspecten, ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen, exploitatievormen, subsidiemogelijkheden en aan- of verkoopkansen. Samen met onze strategische partners bieden we een oplossing voor alle uitdagingen waar een landgoedeigenaar tegenaan loopt.<\/p>\n<p>De medewerkers van Mommers Landgoedadvies zijn be\u00ebdigd rentmeesters en lid van de Koninklijke Nederlandse Vereniging van Rentmeesters (NVR). De NVR biedt waarborgen aan opdrachtgevers op het gebied van kwaliteit en integriteit. Kennis en kunde staan centraal en worden geborgd middels verplichte educatie. Daarnaast staan de leden van de NVR in de uitvoering van hun professionele activiteiten onder toezicht van de onafhankelijke Rentmeesterskamer.<\/p>\n<p>We zijn tevens gecertificeerd taxateur op het gebied van landelijk &amp; agrarisch vastgoed en voor deze kamer ingeschreven in het Nederlands Register van Vastgoed Taxateurs (NRVT). Specialistische taxaties in het kader van erf-, schenk- en overdrachtsbelasting behoren tot onze core business.<\/p>\n<p>Vanuit onze kantoorlocatie te Rosmalen bedienen we klanten in het gehele land. Daarbij staat persoonlijk contact en flexibiliteit voorop.
